- Provided policy research and advice to government agencies, international organizations and NGOs. Have been invited to hearings in the parliament and discussed policy ideas with government officials and civil society representatives.
- Conducted and supervise research, including interviews, focus groups, surveys and data analysis, using software programs such Qualtrics, SPSS and NVivo.
- Wrote more than 20 policy papers and reports.
- Edited and reviewed more than 100 research and policy papers to ensure high quality of publication.
- Organized more than 30 policy dialogues, training courses and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
